Title:
Developing a New Internet Architecture: Named Data Networking
Abstract:
The Internet has become an indispensable part in our modern society. In this
talk I will share my observation from watching the Internet's growth over
the last 36 years, then speculate its potential evolution toward a new
protocol architecture, Named Data Networking. I will give a basic sketch of
NDN, share our experience in NDN development over the last few years, and
discuss research challenges in its realization.
